I ship using NZ Post.

Please refer to the timeframe at the top of the website to see how long before an order will be sent out. I aim to keep this as short of time as possible, however everything is handmade. 

If you are after a urgent order please email first before ordering.

Once items have been marked as delivered WyldSoulCo can not be held accountable for any postal concerns, the buyer takes full responsibility from ordering from this site.  

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

I do send using an overnight courier so while packages should arrive promptly please use this as a guide.

All South Island orders should arrive within 1-2 business days. 
All North Island orders should arrive within 2-4 business days. 
Please allow an extra 2 days for rural. 


SHIPPING COSTS

Depending on where you are located in NZ - shipping costs are between $8-$12.

Australian orders have a flat rate of $15

All other worldwide shipping is $25

 

I take orders to the post office once a week. If you have received a tracking number and it has not updated this could be why. Once orders have been taken to the post office, please allow 1-2 business days for them to be collected by a courier. 

Once collected, parcels should be labelled as picked up on the tracking. Sometimes they are not always scanned in, if this is the case they will always be scanned at the outbound depot or for packages within NZ will scan in at the next processing depot (usually Christchurch). Please contact me if your parcel doesn’t update as collected.
