Refund Policy

Refund and Return Policy 

We have a 7 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or store credit.

Please ensure your item is in the same condition and packaging that you received it in and has not been opened. If opened you are not eligible for a return. 


To start a return, you can contact us at wyldsoulco@gmail.com. Please put return with your order number in the subject. If your return is accepted, you will then be required to send the item back to us at your own cost. We recommend to always track your items, we will not be responsible for any lost returns if they are not tracked. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can not return any custom made items.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will then email you a return label to print, and will exchange your product once we've received the original.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges on change of mind items. We do offer exchanges on damaged products.

 

Return Refunds / Store Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or issued a gift card with. Please remember it can take 7-10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


PLEASE NOTE: Due to the fact everything is handmade, I do not do refunds at your request. Please only order if you are wanting the product. 

 

In the unfortunate case of a miscarriage, you may request a refund and I will honour this.
